Quick Overview

Cabernet Sauvignon Blanc
Bright and crisp, this wine is made in a Loire style with no oak influence.

Aromas of lemon peel and melon and grapefruit are backed by a hint of fresh cut hay. The flavors are of lemongrass, citrus and melon balanced by racy acids and a fresh finish. This wine would go well with most seafood dishes as well as stir-frys, Thai and Japanese food.

This very fruity wine has tastes of grapefruit, pear, white peach fruit and the  “varietal” character of Sauvignon Blanc. The wine is well rounded with a long lasting, crisp finish.

This Sauvignon Blanc continues in our tradition of a mountain grown, Loire style, Sauvignon Blanc. The wine is cold fermented in stainless steel tanks at 55 degrees to maintain and enhance the tropical fruit and citrus flavors and the fragrant bouquet of fresh cut grass. Our winemaking style signals a return to the delightfully crisp Sauvignon Blanc grape variety, without oak aging.

The wine aromas are of white peaches and citrus. The first sip is dominated by the “cut grass” flavor of the Sauvignon Blanc grape modified by the peachy flavors of Viognier. Swirl the glass again to reveal honey, hints of white peach, grapefruit and melon fruit.

Look for crisp acidity to complement many foods. Try with Sushi and Thai Cuisine. Of course the wine will also shine with fish, pasta, or spicy poultry or by itself at the pool or a picnic
